Shipping

We offer UK and worldwide shipping.

  • UK: 3–5 working days (Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class)

  • International: up to 14 working days

Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned within an additional 14 days

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
