Refund & Returns Policy

At Devine Crystals & Candles, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns in line with the policy below.

Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, items must be returned within an additional 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase may be required

Please note that due to the natural nature of crystals, variations in colour, shape, and size are not considered faults.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.
